Welcome to NT2TD (Normalize Talking to the Dead). By visiting or using this website, you agree to the terms laid out below. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the site.

While we work hard to keep everything accurate and up-to-date, we can’t guarantee that all content is error-free or suitable for every need. Use your own judgment when applying anything you find here.

We will update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. It’s a good idea to check back occasionally.

  • NT2TD is a resource hub offering free materials, a practitioner directory, event links, research papers, a shop, and a newsletter. You’re welcome to browse, share, learn, and shop — as long as you play fair.

Please don’t use this site in any way that’s unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to others. We reserve the right to block access or remove content if needed to keep the space respectful and safe.

  • If you’d like to be listed in our directory, you can submit your information for consideration. All submissions are reviewed before posting. We reserve the right to accept, edit, or decline listings based on our guidelines — which are rooted in integrity, accuracy, and the safety of our community.

While we do our best to moderate the directory, NT2TD does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any services offered by listed practitioners. Everyone is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. We encourage you to use your best judgment, do your own research, and trust your intuition when choosing to work with any provider.

  • Sorry, no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We sell physical items that are made on demand. We have purchased samples of everything we sell to make sure we like it. When you buy something, it is produced and shipped to you by Printful and we play no role in those processes. Because of this, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before checking out.

  • Unless otherwise noted, everything on this site — text, graphics, media, logos — belongs to NT2TD. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. You’re welcome and encouraged to link to us or share content with credit.

  • This site uses third-party services like Google Analytics and email platforms to help us understand and communicate better. We also occasionally embed content from other platforms (like YouTube or Instagram). These tools and platforms have their own privacy policies and terms — we encourage you to check those out if you’re curious.

  • We believe in clarity, choice, and care — especially around complex stuff like transphysical communications or personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what your options are. If you have questions, reach out.

    1. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to make this site useful and functional, including:

    • Your email address (if you sign up for the newsletter)

    • Your name and other professional info (if you submit to the directory)

    • Basic analytics data (via tools like Google Analytics) to help us understand how the site is used

    2. How We Use Your Info

    We use your information to:

    • Send you emails you’ve signed up for (like the newsletter)

    • Review and potentially post your practitioner listing

    • Improve the site based on what content is getting the most use

    • Make sure the site is running smoothly and securely

We don’t sell your information. Ever.

    3. Who Else Has Access

Some of your data may be processed by tools we use to run the site — for example:

    • Email marketing platforms (to send newsletters)

    • Google Analytics (to understand traffic)

    • Form processing tools (like submission forms for the directory)

These services have their own privacy policies.

    4. Cookies & Tracking

Yes, we use cookies — tiny files that help the site work and tell us basic stuff like what pages are most popular. You can control or clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.

    5. Your Choices

    You’re in control. You can:

    • Unsubscribe from emails at any time (there’s a link in every email)

    • Ask us to remove your directory info

    • Request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete it

To do any of these, just email us.

    6. Keeping It Secure

We do our best to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Please use good judgment online and don’t share sensitive personal information through forms unless necessary.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If a disagreement comes up and can’t be resolved informally, it will be handled in a New York court.
